T4's, T5018's

  • T4 - T4 tax slip is used by your employer to indicate what you have been paid before deductions, as well as your CPP, QPP, El contributions as well as other amounts deducted from your pay cheque during the tax year.
  • T5018 - An information slip that is provided to a contractor and to the CRA for information purposes and shows the total contract payments made by a privately owned business to the contractor for services during the calendar year.
